Beyond Eco Living - Terms and Conditions -

Cancellation, Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

At Beyond Eco Living, we value our guests and aim to provide a transparent and seamless booking experience. Please review our cancellation, refund, and booking terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

This policy applies to reservations made directly with Beyond Eco Living and through authorised booking channels, unless specific terms are communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

The applicable cancellation charges depend on the season in which the stay is scheduled. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated on the total estimated booking value, subject to the terms of the confirmed reservation.

A. 1 April to 30 September

Cancellation Period Before Check-in Refund Eligibility

30 days or lessNo refund
More than 30 days and up to 45 days 50% refund
More than 45 days 80% refund

B. 1 October to 19 December and 11 January to 31 March

Cancellation Period Before Check-in Refund Eligibility

45 days or less No refund
More than 45 days and up to 60 days 50% refund
More than 60 days 80% refund

C. Peak Season: 20 December to 10 January

All reservations for stays during this period are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or unused nights.

2. Clarification of Cancellation Periods

To ensure clarity and avoid ambiguity, the following rules apply:

  • The applicable seasonal policy will be determined by the scheduled check-in date.
  • The cancellation period will be calculated backward from the scheduled check-in date.
  • The date and time the written cancellation request is received through the designated booking channel will determine the applicable refund category.
  • The terms “more than 30 days,” “more than 45 days,” and “more than 60 days” exclude the respective boundary day. For example, a cancellation received exactly 45 days before check-in during Season A qualifies for a 50% refund, while a cancellation received 46 days before check-in qualifies for an 80% refund.
  • For reservations spanning more than one season, the applicable cancellation terms will be specified in the booking confirmation.
3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility and Calculation

  • Refund eligibility will be determined by the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.
  • The applicable refund percentage will be calculated on the total estimated booking value, not merely on the advance amount paid.
  • Where the eligible refund exceeds the amount already received, any settlement of the outstanding booking amount will be subject to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
  • Applicable, disclosed, non-refundable payment gateway fees or bank transaction charges may be deducted from the eligible refund.
  • Promotional offers, special packages, advance-purchase rates, and other non-refundable bookings will be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

3.2 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • Refunds will generally be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • The time taken for the refund to appear in the guest's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-show reservations.

3.4 Early Departure and Unused Nights

No refund will be provided for early check-outs, shortened stays, or unused room nights after check-in, unless specifically approved in writing by the management.

4. Reservation Modifications
  • Requests to change check-in or check-out dates, room categories, or the number of guests are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Revised rates or additional charges may apply to modified reservations.
  • If a requested modification cannot be accommodated, the cancellation terms applicable to the original reservation will continue to apply.
  • Where a modification is treated as a cancellation and a new booking, the applicable terms will be communicated to the guest.
5. Group Bookings, Retreats and Special Events

Group bookings, exclusive property reservations, corporate stays, weddings, wellness retreats, and other special events may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms.

Any special terms communicated and accepted at the time of booking will apply to the relevant reservation.

6. Exceptional Circumstances and Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the guest or Beyond Eco Living, including natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans, or public emergencies, requests for refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be reviewed by the management.

Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, the applicable booking terms, and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through online travel agencies (OTAs), travel agents, tour operators, or other third-party platforms will be subject to the applicable terms of the respective booking channel.

Guests must submit cancellation and refund requests through the original booking platform wherever required.

8. Policy Amendments

Beyond Eco Living reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The policy applicable at the time of booking will govern existing confirmed reservations, subject to applicable law.
